~ Past Holiday Experiences 10 - Hong Kong May 2007 (Day 5) ~

4th June - Day 5 : Our final day in Hong Kong! I guess it must be the summer heat over the past few days that must have been too much for the children to take. Gladys started to develope a mild fever in the morning and hence I stayed with them at the hotel while Hubby accompanied his parents to pray at the Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin Temple.

Taking the MTR down to Wong Tai Sin station and Exit B2, Wong Tai Sin temple is one of the most visited shrines by tourists and locals in Hong Kong. People go there for prayers and have their fortune told. We prayed for safety and health. It is a beautiful temple located in the heart of Kowloon.

Gladys got better after Hubby and in-laws returned from prayers. :) We had lunch at the "沙爹王" branch located in Mongkok. The resturant serves rice, noodles, desserts and others. Overall, the food is ok and considered satisfactory.

We walked around and shopped for awhile before returning to the hotel, all set to return to our home sweet home. :)
